As a Senior Venture Architect (f/m/d), you will play a key role in the development and execution of new data- and technology-driven business models. You’ll design viable digital products, validate new venture and innovation ideas, and bring them to life together with interdisciplinary teams. At the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs, you help shape AI-powered solutions with an entrepreneurial mindset – and make sure ideas don’t just stay concepts, but are tested, built, and scaled.

• A university degree in business, technology, entrepreneurship, or a comparable field

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in startups, digital ventures, tech scale-ups, innovation units, or digital product teams

• Strong understanding of digital business models, growth strategies, and data-driven decision-making – ideally paired with hands-on experience using AI and automation technologies

• A hands-on mindset and a pragmatic approach to solving complex challenges and turning ideas into action

• Curiosity and drive to constantly dive into new topics, technologies, and markets

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and taking ownership of your own workstreams or sub-projects

• Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and confidence in dealing with diverse stakeholders

• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)

• Actively contribute to the design and implementation of digital business models – from new product concepts and data-driven optimization initiatives to full company builds

• Identify, validate, and shape new business opportunities in close collaboration with internal teams and corporate partners

• Take ownership of your own workstreams across Value Creation, Business Execution, or Venture projects – from strategic design to hands-on delivery

• Apply data-driven methods, tools, and AI-powered approaches to analyze business logic, inform decisions, and optimize performance

• Co-develop MVPs, digital services, and scalable solutions – including go-to-market strategy, user feedback loops, and continuous iteration

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders across partner organizations and industries – with a clear focus on speed, effectiveness, and impact

• Share knowledge, mentor peers, and actively contribute to the evolution of our strategic capabilities

• A key role in a fast-paced, AI- and data-driven environment with a strong focus on execution and real business impact
